We probably don't have to tell you that choosing the right DJ can make or break your wedding experience. But the real trick to creating unique experiences & memories for all to cherish is—CHEMISTRY. In today’s modern world of technology and music, weddings require a personalized form of entertainment. We're about getting to know you upfront and creating a stress-free experience that feels like it was made just for you.
Aligning with your Expectations, Venue, Personal Style & Vision and who you're as a Couple!
In Phase 1 of our process, you'll have a direct meeting with either your PVE DJ or Jared to review many details such as —your vision, vibes, venue, and services. We’re flexible with how we connect: Zoom, phone, or FaceTime—whatever works best for you. We’re excited to celebrate with you! Since our availability can fill up quickly, we recommend reaching out early.
We prioritize giving you the support & space to make the best decision for your wedding.
After our discovery meeting, you’ll receive all the information you need to choose the right fit for your celebration. Whether you’re looking for a DJ to craft a custom playlist or an experienced DJ who can live mix and create an immersive experience, our team is here to inspire and support you. We understand that making the right choice takes time. We’re committed to turning dreams into reality.
Our goal is to make the planning as seamless and enjoyable as the event itself.
Once you decide to move forward with our team, the planning begins! We’ll send over a contract and invoice to secure your date with a deposit. From there, you’ll gain access to our client planner app, where you can start building your playlists and outlining your vision. Your DJ and our team will stay in touch regularly to discuss ideas and ensure every detail is perfectly tailored to your celebration.
This is the time to review any personal touches you want to include and finalize all the details from timeline to playlist.
By now, we hope to have developed a genuine friendship with you both. As we approach the big day, we’ll ask you to update your planning app with as much detailed information as you’d like. This will allow our team to invest the necessary time to bring your vision to life.We'll have one final meeting before your wedding to finalize all the details, including your timeline, venue design & layout, guest speakers, and anything else that's important to you. We're fully committed to make your wedding the absolute best it can be, and this meeting is essential for ensuring everything goes off without a hitch. We'll also dive into the creative elements, ensuring that your wedding's unique vibe is perfectly captured in the music, lighting, and overall atmosphere.

Jared, Deontre, and the photobooth attendant were amazing! I reached out to Jared ONE YEAR before my wedding date because I knew I need to have them be a part of my vendor team. Manny with Pure Vision Entertainment was perfect for our wedding - we had approx 200 ppl and wanted a super fun night, he did just that. We met over zoom prior to the event to finalize last minute things, and I loved the app. they used for us to put our song requests in. I used Pure Vision for DJ and Photo Booth services for my wedding. The price had me a little leery initially, but decided that it was worth the investment as I wanted my reception to be a party and it sure paid off! DJ Eps kept the crowd engaged and the party going. Guests have been raving about the party and music ever since. Jared was super communicative from the beginning, access to the Vibo app to build in pieces of music was super handy, and tips and tricks emails along the way were appreciated. Thank you Pure Vision for making our wedding the amazing celebration we were hoping for!

From the moment your guests arrive to the last dance of the night, our team at PVE will always have you in mind.
Absolutely! Your wedding should reflect who you are as a couple, and we're here to make that happen. We encourage you to provide a "must-play" and a "do-not-play" list so we can tailor the music to your preferences. Each of our DJs takes a personalized approach, building a friendship and musical relationship with you. As that relationship grows, we’re always available to guide you on what might work best based on our extensive musical and event experience.
Absolutely! We offer comprehensive packages that cover both your ceremony and reception, even if they’re in separate locations. Our team will start bringing to light your vision from the moment your guests arrive, to your walk-down-the-aisle song, and seamlessly transitioning into cocktail hour and the reception. We also include microphones in our packages—let’s chat to make sure we understand who will be speaking and when, this helps us ensure everything runs smoothly.
Generally we are very easy to work with. We will generally hold your date for 7 days (1 week) after having a initial get to know/booking meeting.
